Payment

Payment of fees is expected at or before the time of your appointment. Dr. Frye does not accept insurance payment nor bill insurance directly. A statement of services will be provided so clients can seek reimbursement, if requested.

In office and telehealth appointments are billed at the same hourly rate. Please contact the office for individual or family therapy fee schedules.

A retainer of $1500 per child is required for all court ordered cases. This fee is to be split by each person responsible for payment.

A fee of $4,000 per day or $2,000 per half day is required to reserve a date for a court appearance. This fee is to be paid by the party issuing a subpoena or split by parties if appearance is requested by the court or the Amicus attorney.

Please Note: If a request is received without a minimum of 7 day’s notice there will be an expedited fee of $1,000.
